Hydrotherapy is ideal when the body needs to stimulate more blood circulation, one can aim it for a targeted area or whole body. This technique speeds-up healing tremendously!
Examples of ailments: sore muscles, joints, chest congestion, asthma, cellulite, colds and flu etc... Hydrotherapy has been recorded back to the ancient Egyptian, Greek and Roman civilizations.
