 Here are some special masaage blends for you to try, for phisical, mood-related, and seasonal reasons.
They are all designed to bi made up in 4 teaspoons (20 ml) carrier oil, such as sweet almond, jojoba, or grapeseed, a lighteer and less greasy base oil. They all have a four week shelf life. Massage relevant areas gently, using relacing sweeping movements.

Sometimes you may wish to work on yourself, but it can be soothing to let someone else-a close friend or partner-massage you.

Physical Tonics

Here are four blends for hard-working areas of the body which are constantly under strain.

Super musckle tone: For sports massage to energize and strengthen the muscles - 4 drops rosemary, 2 drops lemongrass, and 4 drops ginger.

Barefoot bliss: A massage blend to help cool and soothe tired and ashing feet after a long day - 3 drops peppermint, 3 drops black pepper, and 4 drops lavender.

Chest relief: a wonderful blend for a shest massage to ease respiratory problems -  3 drops cedarwood, 3 drops frankincense, and 4 drops lemon.

Neck and shoulder rescue: ask a friend or your partner to massage this blend into your ashing muscles - 2 drops vetiver, 3 drops ginger, and 5 drops lavender.
